We are lllconfident that you will find our service satisfactory, but if for any reason You need to cancel Your Order with Us please send an e-mail to XXX. We can cancel the Order at any time so long as the Goods haven’t been despatched.

If Your Order has been despatched, You must return the Goods within 7 working days. The Goods must be returned unopened and in their original packaging, and at your expense. The Goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. Provided you meet these conditions we can authorize a refund for the goods (but not the postage costs).

Returns of defective goods

If the Goods are found to be damaged or defective upon receipt, please return within 3 working days unopened and in their original packaging. We will despatch a replacement at no extra cost, or if the returned Goods are temporarily out of stock we will offer either alternative goods, or a refund.
